IGI Global's Academic Librarian Sponsorship Program

In an ongoing effort to help librarians grow professionally and increase their understanding of the changing state of knowledge resources, IGI Global will award one librarian a $500 stipend for attendance of the 2011 Charleston Conference.

The winner of the 2011 IGI Global Academic Library Sponsorship Program is Wendy Allen Shelburne, Electronic Resources Librarian, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.

2011 American Chemical Society Charleston Scholarship

The ACS Charleston Scholarship awards $1,500 to a library professional or para-professional currently working in a library. Application deadline = September 1, 2011.
